![]() ![]() I've always said I thought that Woodruff has had problems attracting larger national tenets, they just don't have much experience with it. This is a huge investment (think Adams family and them waiting to pull the trigger on their smaller developments, but bigger) 42 reviews of 5 independent living communities in Columbus, GA. Lastly, they'll probably go from here and start trying to build out the retail development on both sides of Veterans Parkway. to try and attract some more people to build - there are ALOT of lots in this development and they're probably going to be in the $250-$500k range. From there, my guess will be that they'll start to build out some aminities for the neighborhood (houses, apartments, etc) like the tennis center, a neighborhood pool, etc. After they're got this train going, they'll start working on the "Phase 3" "Town Square" - they'll be able to make some "urban apartments" and have apartments above some merchants, so even if the spaces don't lease, they'll still have some revenue from the loft-type apartments.ĥ. My personal opinion is from here ("Phase 1" that I've noted), they'll start to focus on plotting the home sites and getting builders in there to start selling some lots.Ĥ. Apartments are approaching completion and their alignment matches the plan referenced in #1 and shown below.ģ. They're still building this thing out to the original plan that they published, this is good news that they didn't stray from this plan.Ģ. Not that any one asked for my opinion, but I think this is how this project will go - I'm not real estate professional, but I've watched alot of planned (Mulberry Grove) and completed projects (Columbus Park) come and go.ġ. ![]()
